Many times nowadays account executives believe that a radio advertising client should increase spending during rough times, but have no marketing foundation to back it up with.  So what happens is the buy gets bigger, but the payout doesn&#039;t.  This artcile is a great example of knowing your client&#039;s industry and creating a win-win.
