Isn’t it amazing how simply being present can help you build rapport? My agents only sell over the phone, and one simple question, if totally present in that call, can give them all the information they need to make that sale. The question is “How may I help you today?”.
When training my agents I help them use that one question to create a customized presentation that is not only compelling to their customer, but also fills the exact needs of their customer.
