Topic: Marketing is too important to be left to professionals

The presentation includes plenty of specific tactics that companies & sales people can implement.. many of which are low/no cost options. Provident has been included in more than 500 mainstream media articles, without ever hiring a PR agency…

Mike give some really specific examples of how Provident has received media attention without a budget. He will talk about how Provident has combined social media with very specific and targeted real world initiatives (that have been free or at least very cheap to implement). The real lesson is that marketing is not a department or a position… it needs to be integrated into every position in your company.

Rather than just talk about that in theory, Mike will go into detail to show exactly how they’ve done it and what has worked (and not worked) for Provident.

PLEASE NOTE: All seminars, guest speakers, lectures etc. are about sharing best practices. This is not an infomercial session. Our goal is to create real value and build a positive place for business professionals who sell to connect and learn best practices. Leave the pitch at door, have fun and connect for good! DO BRING YOUR BUSINESS CARDS.

For those attending in person: Our meetup has been growing steadily and it has been because of the great people who add value to the event and the community. If you know of someone else that could benefit please bring them along. Also REMEMBER YOUR BUSINESS CARDS. We have several sales pros looking for career opportunities and we also have several companies and/or recruiters circulating at each event. Make sure you let people know you’re there.

Please walk or cab, bus, teleport or get a ride if you intend to drink!
